At NeXtWind, we bring together a team of experts with a wide variety of backgrounds and a common goal: we are committed to renewable energy and are Germany's partner for the energy transition.
Commercial Asset Management
We bring new renewable energy sites into the NeXtWind family and are responsible for all steps from rebranding to integration into our ESG control systems. We ensure that the parks stay on track economically and are operated in harmony with the landowners and communities.
Business Development
We grow strategic partnerships and bring innovative greenfield projects to life – powered by a strong network and driven by growth, sustainability, and new opportunities.
Technical Management
We ensure that our wind farms run technically flawlessly. From the operating phase to optimization, we take care of everything: safety, technology, purchasing, yield calculation and grid connection. We keep an eye on every detail.

Structured Finance & Treasury
With smart financing models, we drive our projects forward – in close collaboration with strong banking partners. In Treasury, we manage cash flow, safeguard liquidity, and build the financial foundation for a greener future.
Central Functions
We bring together the know-how from all teams and turn it into long-term strategies – in close exchange and collaboration with our investors. A big part of our work is also keeping internal and external communications smooth and continuously improving processes across the organization. That way, our teams can focus on what they do best – and keep pushing NeXtWind forward.
Finance
We oversee budgeting, financial planning, and controlling to ensure NeXtWind is financially strong and positioned for sustainable growth. We also handle accounting and prepare the annual financial statements – always working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Investment Management
We identify new growth opportunities, assess them carefully, and ensure our portfolio grows rapidly and profitably. With a sustainable, strategic approach this is how we turn investments into long-lasting impact.
