The Legal Team provides solution-oriented support to ensure that our projects are implemented in a legally compliant and risk-minimised manner. We review and draft contracts, advise on civil and public law matters, minimise risks and ensure that all projects are legally sound.
We are responsible for ensuring that our sites obtain all the necessary permits – in a careful and structured manner, and in close consultation with local authorities, government bodies and local residents. In doing so, we ensure that every procedure complies with local requirements and all relevant guidelines.
We turn plans into reality – our team takes projects from the initial sketch to the building site and ensures that everything is carried out on time, safely and efficiently. After all, only what is built can actually generate energy!
