Pepe Jurklies has joined NeXtWind as Chief of Staff to the Co-CEOs.
In close collaboration with the Co-CEOs, Mr. Jurklies is responsible for developing and executing the company's strategic initiatives, handling investor relations and fostering internal company processes.
Previously, Pepe Jurklies worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company where he worked on strategic topics in the areas of growth, operating model, market entry, due diligence, and process optimization. Mr. Jurklies also gained further work experience in private equity at Bridgepoint, in alternative investments at LGT Group and in private equity consulting at goetzpartners.
Pepe Jurklies holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon and previously studied Global Business Management at the University of Augsburg.
