Niklas Fischer joined the NeXtWind management team as an Investment Manager.
Mr. Fischer is involved in all aspects of investment analysis supporting deal origination and execution. His core tasks include the valuation of potential acquisition targets, execution of Due Diligence, and analyzing of the most recent market and policy developments.
Prior to joining NeXtWind, Niklas Fischer worked as Senior Transaction Manager for Knight Frank in Real Estate where he advised domestic and international investors on buy-and sell-side transactions in various asset classes. He also gained in-depth professional experience in transaction tax consulting, business development and project management in previous roles at EY and Deloitte.
Niklas Fischer has completed his Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Law and Taxation at Berlin School of Technology and Economics.
