Marcel Tiesler has been a member of the NeXtWind team since May 2024. In his role as Technical Manager, he enriches our engineering team and ensures the smooth technical operation of our existing turbines with his extensive experience.
Before joining NeXtWind, Mr. Tiesler worked for eight years at one of the largest independent operating companies in Germany. His focus there was also on the safe and efficient operation of wind turbines as well as customer and cooperation partner support. He was also largely responsible for setting up the Operations & Maintenance department for solar plants. His expertise also includes analyzing and evaluating plant data as well as handling control and monitoring systems.
Before entering the wind industry, Mr. Tiesler completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic and then attended the state technical school in Berlin with a focus on electrical engineering/energy technology.
