Lisa-Sophie Kleiß is CFO and Managing Director of NeXtWind Management GmbH. Ms Kleiß has over 15 years of professional experience in finance, corporate development and strategic transformation. Her career includes senior positions in both management consulting and international corporate structures.
At Axel Springer, she was responsible for group-wide corporate controlling and corporate development. Her responsibilities included group-wide financial planning and control, the planning and implementation of group-wide transformation projects, and acting as the central point of contact for the Management Board and private equity shareholders KKR and CPPIB in these areas.
Prior to joining Axel Springer, Ms Kleiß was a principal at the Boston Consulting Group. There, she led extensive transformation programmes focusing on organisational design, digitalisation and efficiency improvement – including for international corporations in various industries and for government ministries. She began her professional career in 2010 at Deloitte in Luxembourg, where she was responsible for transformation projects and business process outsourcing projects in the financial services sector as a senior manager.
Ms Kleiß completed the Senior Executive Programme at Stanford Graduate School of Business (SEP) and holds a German-French double degree in European Management from ESB Reutlingen and Reims Manage.
