Henry Hildebrandt has joined the NeXtWind management team as Investment Manager.
In his role, Mr. Hildebrandt is involved in all aspects of investment analysis and supports the development and execution of transactions. In particular, he identifies, analyzes and evaluates new acquisition targets, leads the execution of due diligence processes and provides analysis on current industry trends.
Prior to joining NeXtWind, Mr. Hildebrandt gained several years of professional experience in the M&A and private equity business. Most recently, he worked as an investment manager for the infrastructure equity fund of Swiss Life Asset Management AG in Zurich, where he was responsible for the execution of transactions and the management of portfolio companies. Prior to that, he started his career as an M&A analyst at the TMT boutique Herbst Hilgenfeldt Partners in Frankfurt. He also gained previous work experience in the investment industry at UBS, NIBC and Merck Finck Privatbankiers, among others.
Henry Hildebrandt holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), where he previously studied Business Administration.
