Amit Yalov joined the NeXtWind management team as a Senior Investment Manager in August 2023. Amit is responsible for overseeing investment analysis, execution of M&A transactions and supporting NeXtWind’s business development and fundraising activities.
Mr. Yalov has over 12 years of experience in execution of M&A (Buy/Sell Side) and Project Finance transactions on a global scale. His track record includes a large number of M&A transactions, Sell/Buy-Side due-diligence processes, Project/Structured Finance transactions, syndicated loans, project valuations, market reports and financial/credit analyses as well as project finance modelling, model audits and more.
Before joining NeXtWind, Amit Yalov worked for over 5 years as Project Finance Manager in Qenergy Europe GmbH (previously Hanwha QCELLS GmbH), where he led diverse transactions from origination to closing including Equity Sell/Buy-Side, Project Finance, EPC and O&M, as well as a significant volume of project valuations.
Mr. Yalov gained substantial professional experience in M&A and Project Finance transactions during his work as Senior Manager at BDO accounting firm (Tel Aviv, Israel), where he spearheaded financial advisory for various IFIs, PE Funds, local and foreign banks and investors in renewable and conventional energy projects around the globe.
Amit Yalov obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M) as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration (B.A.) and Law (LL.B.) from Reichman University (IDC), Israel. Mr. Yalov is a certified member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2010.
