With more than 12 years of experience in wind energy, Nantke Behrend joins the NeXtWind team as Commercial Asset Manager. She is responsible for all aspects of commercial asset management.
Wind-tested, coming from the North Sea, Nantke Behrend worked at BDO Oldenburg GmbH & Co. KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in the field of renewable energies. There she supported the team in the processing of annual financial statements, tax returns and special issues relating to wind and solar parks. She then worked as head of the commercial management department at Green Wind Energy GmbH in Berlin before joining NeXtWind.
Her knowledge of tax consulting, coupled with that of commercial operations management, enables Ms. Behrend to apply holistic solutions as a commercial asset manager on the operator side.
Ms. Behrend holds a Master of Science in Accounting, Taxation and Finance from the University of Bremen and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg.
