Julia Schindler joined the NeXtWind management team as an investment manager. Ms. Schindler is responsible for all aspects of investment analysis to support origination and execution activities.
Ms. Schindler has extensive experience in (Distressed) M&A advisory and corporate advisory. Previously, she worked at Deloitte where she advised on buy-side and sell-side transactions, M&A option reviews and loan portfolio reviews. Ms. Schindler gained professional experience in business development, M&A advisory and project management in previous roles at CrossLend GmbH, Saxenhammer & Co. Corporate Finance GmbH and Accenture Germany.
Julia Schindler obtained a Master of Science degree in Accounting, Taxation and Finance at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and studied Business Administration at Berlin School of Economics and Law and at Macquarie University Sydney, Australia.
