Julia Schindler works as Head of Business Development at NeXtWind. She is responsible for strategic partnerships and cooperations. She works on the development of acquisition strategies for growth opportunities such as greenfield projects and portfolio diversification prospects.
Julia Schindler joined the NeXtWind management team as an investment manager in 2021. In this role she was responsible for all aspects of investment analysis and execution of M&A transactions.
Ms. Schindler gained substantial experience in (Distressed) M&A advisory, business restructuring services and corporate advisory. Prior to joining NeXtWind, she worked at Deloitte on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from origination to closing, M&A option reviews, loan portfolio reviews and business restructuring projects in numerous industries.
In previous roles, Julia Schindler worked in business development in the startup environment, as an analyst in Distressed M&A advisory at a boutique investment bank and in project management at a leading global services professional company.
Julia Schindler holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting, Taxation and Finance from Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and studied Business Administration at Berlin School of Economics and Law and at Macquarie University Sydney, Australia.
