Holger Haenecke takes over the position of Chief People Officer at NeXtWind to successfully lead the company through the upcoming growth phase. He attaches particular importance to creating a solid foundation based on clearly defined core values and promoting the development of a continuously learning organization. His way of working is characterized by a strong focus on employee orientation, a culture of constructive feedback and mutual trust.
With over 15 years of experience in Professional and Organizational Development as well as HR Leadership, Mr. Haenecke brings a profound expertise to NeXtWind. He laid his academic foundation during his law studies in Berlin and Durham, North Carolina. As a former strategic management consultant at McKinsey & Co., Holger Haenecke has a profound understanding of (market) economic interrelationships and corporate strategy issues. Over the course of his career, he has increasingly focused on the topics of personnel management and has made his passion for leadership and promoting the development potential of employees the center of his professional work.
Since 2014, Mr. Haenecke has been intensively involved in the development of start-ups, initially as part of a strategy study for the governing mayor of Berlin, Klaus Wowereit, and later in his work for start-ups at McKinsey, Wayfair and Tourlane.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Holger Haenecke is also a licensed Integral Coach, Scrum Master and certified user of instruments such as MBTI, Reiss Profile, LUXX Profile and Insights MDI. In his spare time, Mr. Haenecke is a creative musician, both as a songwriter and as a multi-instrumentalist and music producer.
