Delfina Mattern joined the NeXtWind Management team as an Investment Manager. Ms. Mattern is involved in all aspects of investment analysis supporting deal origination and execution. In her role as Investment Manager, she is responsible for valuation of new acquisition targets, efficient execution of Due Diligence, and providing perspective on the latest market and policy trends.
Prior to joining NeXtWind, Ms. Mattern worked as a strategy consultant at Boston Consulting Group with a focus on social impact and industrial goods. She gained in-depth experience advising domestic and international business leaders in a wide variety of sectors on their most critical strategic issues, including Transformation Management, Governance Restructuring, Process Optimization and Strategic Planning, for both large corporates and smaller firms.
Delfina Mattern holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania in the USA and studied International Business Management at Regent’s University London and at University of Sydney, Australia.
