Delfina Mattern joined the NeXtWind Management team as an Investment Manager. Ms. Mattern is nvolved in all aspects of business development, including strategic partnerships and cooperations. In her role as Business Development Manager, she is responsible for the development of acquisition strategies for greenfield investment and portfolio diversification, cultivating new partnerships with other market players, and providing perspective on the latest market and policy trends.
Prior to joining NeXtWind, Ms. Mattern worked as a strategy consultant at Boston Consulting Group with a focus on social impact and industrial goods. She gained in-depth experience advising domestic and international business leaders in a wide variety of sectors on their most critical strategic issues, including Transformation Management, Governance Restructuring, Process Optimization and Strategic Planning, for both large corporates and smaller firms.
Delfina Mattern holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania in the USA and studied International Business Management at Regent’s University London and at University of Sydney, Australia.
