Vera Neubert joined the NeXtWind management team as Commercial Asset Manager. She is responsible for the onboarding process of new wind parks and acts as interface to project development and commercial management.
Ms. Neubert joined the wind industry in 2012 and has been working in multiple roles across the areas of project development, land lease management, acquisition, contract negotiations/contract law, and land register law. In addition, she handles activities in the area of commercial asset management including cash flows forecast, payment- and process monitoring, and supports internal and external reporting process.
Before joining the wind industry, Vera Neubert had been working as a legal assistant, primarily in the area of real estate law. Her role as legal assistant included supporting Danish investors in due diligence processes.
Ms. Neubert has obtained a degree in law as well as in business administration.
