Sanjeev Sarkar is a Board Observer and a Member of the Investment Committee of NeXtWind Capital Ltd.
Mr. Sarkar has more than 15 years of experience investing in private equity and special situations. Mr. Sarkar is currently a Managing Director at the European affiliate of Crestline Investors where he was a founding member of the European team. Prior to joining Crestline Mr. Sarkar was a Portfolio Manager at Tenax Capital and a Venture Partner at a single LP fund investing in special situations and providing growth capital in the TMT and Clean Energy sector.
He has led investments in several asset backed platform companies, led complex carve outs and invested in both growth and turnarounds across sectors including TMT, Renewables, Real Estate, Aviation and Financial Services.
Sanjeev Sarkar has a Masters in Finance from the London Business School and is a qualified accountant with more than 6 years’ experience at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young.
